How will my order be delivered?
Each box is packaged by hand, labelled and sent to the recipient via a courier*. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. Deliveries are timed and trackable using the contact information you provide at checkout.
In certain circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, however, this is very rare.
*Cake-in-a-Box is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class unless ordering more than one.
When will my order be delivered?
Next day delivery orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm will arrive the next day between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on the following Monday between 8am and 8pm.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a bank holiday will be delivered within 2 working days.
Can I send my cupcakes as a surprise gift?
Yes of course. Provide the address/contact details and instructions for the driver of a safe place to leave the parcel in case the recipient isn't home. For example, leave with a neighbour.
Please note we cannot be liable for parcels left elsewhere or returned to the depot. Re-delivery is an option in the rare event that the driver is unable to leave the parcel in the suggested place.
How will my order be presented?
Each box is carefully hand packages with tissue paper, ribbon and a gift card message placed on the top of the cake box. The cake box is placed into another box for extra security.
How long will the cupcakes stay fresh?
Cupcakes do not need to be refrigerated and are happy in the box they arrive in, away from direct heat sources. They will keep fresh for up to 1 week.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is included to mainland UK on all boxes of 6 and 12. For large volume orders please send an email to get a quote.
